We rented a house and then found a house three weeks later to buy
which fell through but then found another a week later, the contract
will close at the end of this month. The thing about this place is
that the homes are cheap and the area is fantastic. You can find homes
for under $200,000
You bought a 2nd house in Ft Collins already?
