Very similar in the Philippines and Indonesia. Basically many cities in Asia
have this congestion and traffic chaos. Inadequate road systems not designed
for cars; no freeways.

Zackly what we discovered while touring India several years ago. As a
Westerner, I never heard such incessant honking, used by motorists there
as the only way to drive, contrasted with US drivers honking to express
anger or perhaps a warning.
Its amazing there isn't more
