If created here on earth, Yes, the robot will be influenced by the planets at 
the time of its birth or creation.  If in the future, the robots are created on 
Mars, the influence of the planets will be based on the environment of Mars as 
the planets are aligned at the time of creation or birth.  So, these robots 
will be Martians by nature and not terrestrial or earth-based.  They will be 
the true ETs of the future.  Being born on Mars, their nature may be more 
aggressive than humans here on earth.
