It is not the same code that is moving. The code in rtpmanager is a new

I recently started to look at farsight project and I've seen that some
code is currently moving from gst-plugins-farsight to
gst-plugins-bad/gst/rtpmanager.
Is it only a code migration or are there some reworks in this new
"rtpmanager" module?
