A new release descends upon the world!
This release should work properly with gstreamer 0.10.13.
It also includes all of the nice patches that SP GLE keeps sending us.
It fixes a few more bugs, like the dreaded "miniobject == NULL"
assertion.
There is also a payloader and a depayloader for RFC 283
