I understood that gst-fs-plugins is to gradually be deprecated, hence my

I reenabled the libjasper based JPEG2000 codec, fixed it a bit and
ported to newer gst APIs. While it still has bugs, lacks much
testing and does probably not conform to many gst best practices,
it it better than what is now in the tree :)
I have tested both jasperdec and jasperenc in gst
