Just made a quick icons for menu editor and package manager based on
current Echo version. In case of 24x24, they will be retouched with
Gimp. More icons will come.

Here is the latest update. The keyboard is similar to OLPC XO keyboard
for simplicity.
Currently available is 24x24 and 48x48 icons. The 16x16 will be 2D.

blurry/complex IMO (only the 16x16 one). Otherwise it looks great.
