I would say, leave out the logo alltogether. The less branding, the more
room for artistic freedom.
Putting shame where shame belongs in public will not help. Revenge is
always counter productive.

the current version is the white f in the center just
above the white cloud. It draws my eyes like a magnet and should
be toned down or removed. To get the desktop a little ligter you could
try to use the dark blue of the almost invisible filled ballon over
the annoying white f

I would also suggest making the mountain at the bottom a little less
symetric, that way it will be easier to remember where you place an
icon.
