I just tried a sanity check of the branch and ran into a couple things:
First, maven complained that it couldn't find the 0.4-SNAPSHOT version of
the wagon-gitsite plugin. Seems to be another case of what I mentioned in

I've mavenized trippi in a branch creatively named, "maven".
