Anyone's aware of terminal emulator like gnome-terminal, rxvt,
etc being capable of Indic scripts like {kn,hi,pa}_IN.utf-8?
I filled bug 555641 against vte [1] but it seems there's no
plan atm to implement it.

rules I created fontconfig configuration file.

Could you please provide SFD files on the web, from which are TTF fonts
generated, in case you use fontforge?
It would be helpful to have them when creating package for Fedora.
