Torrent changes

I've done a couple things with the torrents this week and I want you all to be aware of it, in case something happens. 1) I've removed anything that is older than F-10. All F8/9 content has been removed from the web listing, and if nobody complains in a week or so I'll remove the torrent files

MirrorManager is now IPv6 enabled

MirrorManager 1.3.0 is live now. You can enter host names (A or records only please; it won't chase down CNAMEs) into your Host's netblock list, and MirrorManager will honor it. This means, if you have dynamic DNS keeping your A records up-to-date, MM will point your users at your mirror.
