Language in Fedora 9

Anybody knows, how can I change language from russian to english before booting. Can I write some parameters in grub? (like: resolution=1024x768). I need it, because I have error while booting my system, but i can't read it ( it is displaying like hieroglyphs) -- fedora-list mailing list

Trouble with GRUB

Always after rebooting and before arriving of grub screen I've seen label in the bottom of the screen - GRUB Loading Stage2. But today I've turned on my computer and there is no such this label. There was only GRUB. And this label is staying on screen while I dont reboot... Help me please! --
