Usually in Linux from 100 to 150 MB enough for /boot am NOT sure about
Fedora 12, and If you want increase the size space my advice do it for /home
and /var. Before you start make sure you take the backup from your data.

Are you upgrade your Fedora version 10 to Fedora 11? Or You just update
Fedora 11?
Try rollback to the old version of CUPS.
If this is new installation for Fedora 11 , try update fedora 11 via command
"yum update" to install latest updates.
