actually i do not know how to create one. well that spin would be patented
and it would not be fedora. it would be the creators own os based on fedora.
a tutorial would need to be given in the downloaded file on how to create an
iso and how to brand it

If you are making a spin, then you are the maker.
If you want to provide an app for everyone to create its own spin, you're
too late, Revisor is already there (and you should contribute to it :)

As far as I know, any of the RPM present in the official repositories,
not from other repositories.
