I really like this litterbox thing. But it doesn't really belong in "demos".
Better if pkgtool library and scoop got built by the normal build process.
IMHO of course.
Perhaps we can have a plan to merge it in?
Now, this leaves the permissions problem on installation.

Mike Maul has just provided a package management tool for
Felix that will revolutionise how it is used. With some possible enhancements
to both that tool and the flx harness, we might support C++ as well.
Felix already revolutionises how C++ is used.

Here's another issue. I may be confused.
pkgtool tracks stuff through
$HOME/.felix/litterbox
but it installs things into
/usr/local (/lib/felix/felix-latest)
What happens if there are two users? Two HOMEs one /usr/local.
