I agree, MC, although I'm very careful about quantity and sometimes
do two sessions of 50 cc fluids rather than one of 100.
I also agree, MC, about the digital camera. Hydrating isn't good.

Thank you all for all of the kind words about my Tiggie. It has helped me so much knowing that there are other people who know what my Tiggie and I went through. Thank you for being so supportive.

Hi, Nina. I would try Immuno-regulin with Jazz. It seemed to help Brissle a

Hi Amy!
I'm so sorry to hear about Shelby! I, too, had a cat with a mass that
turned out to be in the juction between his stomach and small

Amy,
I'm sure there are things you can do to help Shelby. While I can't
advise you about this, (I haven't had to deal with lymphoma), there are
many on the list that have been through similar experiences. The
weekend is a bit slow for response time, but I'm sure you'll be getting

Sorry to hear about Shelby.
I had a kitty that had cancer in the spleen. She was negative for Felv. I was noticing she was losing weight and hanging out at the water bowl. This was in such a short period of time. Then off to the Vet she went. She had not been sick a day in her life. She had a b
I haven't written in some time but I have a question
about one of my cats with leukemia. I took her to the

Cherie,
If he's dehydrated, and he doesn't start eating and drinking soon, you

Kyle and group,
Both Jazz and Grace started acting sick about two weeks ago. Grace
responded with Dox, and I tried to get away with splitting a vial of VO

didn't know if it was appropriate). She seemed to get a little better,
Please ask them to cross match the blood also.

Thank you Nina for your concern, his gums are alittle pale, not bad though. Yes I used the whole tube, as I did with everyone else, and he is not my smallest by far. He is getting alond wonderfully with tevryone now, no more hissing or anything, yes I can engage him in play, but I have to wake him
Stephanie,
I know this is tough, but you don't have to give up
yet. A blood transfusion is a quick fix that should turn things
around temporarily. If it takes, you will see Tee Cee eating again and
acting more normal. If you want to take
a serious shot at this, a blood transfusion is the n

Steph,
Please don't crawl into that hole. I understand how you feel, it's
just awful that this is happening. I'm not saying you should cheer up

Well, I ended up at the Animal ER tonight with TeeCee and the news was not good. He has a severly low white count and is severely anemic. He has the
type of anemia where his bone marrow isn’t producing red blood cells.

When you looked at his mouth, how did his gums look? Are they red, or
inflamed? What color are they? It could be a reaction to the flea
medication... Did you use a whole tube on him? Is he getting along
with the others yet? Could he be depressed or anxious about something?
