Do you have any Vinegar? (Apple Cider/White/Balsamic it doesn't matter)
Do you have any Douche? Do you have any Tomatoe Juice?
There is also a product you can get at pet supply stores called Skunk off.
Whatever you do have on hand - drench him in it - sort of like basting a

I've heard tomatoe juice too. Poor baby, and poor you!

Dear Hideyo,
I am so sorry to hear that you are having problems regarding your kitties; it sounds like a bureaucratic nightmare! I wish you strength to do whatever it takes to get the rules modified so that your kitties are safe and nobody else has to endure such a trial.

Dear Michelle,
I'm so sorry it's not something that could have helped Gemma; she's been so lucky to have such a loving family and good doctor. It sounds as though she's been kitty-like, having nine lives.I just wanted to mention the cart because I didn't know how widespread the use was

Gee, Cherie, I have no suggestions on that. My husband once called me on his cell phone from the driveway of our house to '"come and get YOUR skunks off the porch" so he could get in the house! He didn't want to risk getting sprayed and they were dining on the food I keep out there for whoever

Hi Everyone,
Wink came home last night and looks like quite the little Franken-kitty! She wouldn't eat at the vet and wouldn't eat at home. She just wanted to say in her carrier on the fluffy blanket and have us pet her. She was up this morning when I got up and did eat a bit. My husband is on

Our dog was sprayed two years ago right in the chest- and I was told the
smell could linger on him especially when wet, for several weeks. We tried
tomato juice, shampoo, etc., but, nothing worked very well. He did

Kerry, I live in a small city but the country is not at all far away and when I was getting on the highway one early spring morning, I thought I saw a dog standing on the side of the road. He loped off and as I got closer I could see it was not a dog, but a coyote (literally less than a mile from

Dear Hideyo,
Prayers on the way; I have you and all your babies in my thoughts. Is Ceasar dehydrated? A subnormal body temperature is sometimes a byproduct of dehydration. Did the fluids you gave help at all or is it too soon to see a response?

Hi Hideyo,
Coming out and meowing sound like positive steps. How old is Ceasar; sometimes on kittens you will feel ribs on the side of the body regardless of weight. Do you know how to 'tent' to check for dehydration? You can either take your thumb and forefinger and slightly squeeze and pull
I am new to FeLV but, as far as testing goes, I do not trust testing for
more reasons than one, namely, false negatives. I do not know SNAP tests
but, I think tests can throw false results and should never be trusted 100% of

Thanks and you're right, Stinky isn't fearful of anything, she goes toe to
toe with our 100 plus Lb dog and she usually wins! You're right! We
have tobe strong becausethey sure have been and, again, thanks a
bunch!
Thanks so much Julie and I think you're right, I think it is the not
knowing that is hardest! Once we know more than we can plan for that and
again, thanks and all our best to your babies!
supposedly the best solution
:
1 quart (or
liter) of three-percent hydrogen peroxide
Use fresh (unopened) hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Hydrogen peroxide
eventually turns into water (H2O).
1/4 cup (50
ml.) of baking soda
1 teaspoon (5 ml.) of liquid
soap
1 pair of plastic or
latex gloves
Michelle,
I am so sorry you have lost another precious soul, and this soon after
losing Bramble.
A photo casket for her ashes is a wonderful tribute to your love for
her. Sleep in peace, sweet Gemma.
Hugs,
Del
