took in were FeLV cats and I think some so unsocial
that the city shelter would have put them down.That is
why Susan stepped in... These must have been the ones

Cats in barn cat placements are not "safe, loved, and accounted for." They
are outside when they have no defenses and no understanding of how to be
safe outside, like a feral cat does.
