Jenine,
How funny I was just going to post about that.
You do need to be careful about temps, if they are forecast to be over or
under a certain temp they will not fly them cargo and will have to go in the
cabin with a person.

No one says it in the media, but we know so many creatures have been
effected, not just human beings. I pray for the animal life as well as
humans that are suffering in this terrible time. Prayers are with you.
Peace

Sherry,
I am so sorry for your loss. You were both lucky to have each other. Cherish
the
memories you have. Thank God there are people like you out there who care so
much.

Hi Melinda,
I just had 3 kittens flown from Texas. The vet will just give them a
"clean bill
of health", and that is all that will be said
Good luck. I used Continental Cargo, and they could not have been better.

Would a FeLV positive cat showing no signs of illness be able to get a health
certificate to travel by air? My current vet seems to think it wouldn't be a
problem. However, she is leaving and I am worried it could be a problem!
Thanks for your input.

Sharyl, so sweet of you to ask about us. Fortunately, we are far away from the
actual devastation. Our whole community is pulling together to help with the
relief effort. I wish there was something I could do to help the animals. I
only hope they are being taken care of too!

Melinda, how are you doing? The devastation of the earthquake and tsunami is
so awful. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Oh, this makes me so terribly sad. I know some of you will step up and help if
you are able. Boy has it been an education being a part of this group. My two
FeLV babies were "accidents." Both negative when adopted, later testing
positive. My Fuji has survived with mediastinal lymphoma for 8
