JerseyCats, a volunteer-run, foster-based rescue in Northern New Jersey is still looking for a home for Gino, a two year old FELV+ cat.
Please read more about Gino on our home page: www.jerseycats.org or on petfinder: http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/17695711. Gino is gorgeous and lovable, and gets along with dogs! Because he is now a full fledged house cat and is asymptomatic (recent blood work was perfect) we are hoping to find a home rather than a sanctuary. Second Chance Meows in Nevada generously offered to take Gino, but the cost was just too prohibitive for our very new rescue, and in any case we felt the funds spent on transport would be better spend on medical care for Gino when he needs it. It would have also been a very long and stressful journey for Gino. And so we hope we may find someone on this list who is closer to us who will consider taking Gino into their home. We are happy to transport to locations within driving distance, and will continue to offer support to any adopter. Do you have room in your home and heart for this gorgeous boy? He will reward you with full throated purrs and endless head butts. Please contact me with any questions. many thanks, Beverly Parsons JerseyCats beverly(at)jerseycats.org _______________________________________________ Felvtalk mailing list Felvtalk@felineleukemia.org http://felineleukemia.org/mailman/listinfo/felvtalk_felineleukemia.org
