Hi. I've just moved into a house in Oakland, California and learned that one of the stray cats living outside (they came with the house) is FeLV+. I am told that she has tested positive 4 times using different tests.
This is a sweet young orange girl, definitely tame. She should have a home. I really can't bring her inside -- too many fosters, including FIV+, senior and kittens who would be more susceptible to feLV if exposed. Sanctuary space is a possibility but a home would be better. Any suggestions? (I will get a photo posted on Bemikitties. But I wanted to post to the group too, in case anyone knows of a HOME for an FeLV+ cat in northern California.) _______________________________________________ Felvtalk mailing list Felvtalk@felineleukemia.org http://felineleukemia.org/mailman/listinfo/felvtalk_felineleukemia.org
