still need more--seems that it DOES indeed test for ANTIGENS as the ELISA does, but for a different sort of antigen. will send the quotation tomorrow when i'm more awake--it's from a 2001 abstract on managing retroviruses. has some really interesting stuff about how accurate or inaccurate ELISA's
