I did read the article.  It made some great points.    There are several problems.  The reason I didn't chase after him that day is because I couldn't climb the cliff and it was fenced off and posted to boot.   The posting is a major problem.   The thing is people in this area rarely post keep out

Nina, the cat I saw was thin and looked like he had lost weight recently.  Simba is a good hunter and there is plenty of mice, rats, and voles for him to eat and he does eat them.  I wish I could have had a couple of more minutes to look at him to make sure.  I was so stunned at seeing him in that
