I have spent the morning joining the memberships, and thanks too your early reply, I feel a little more in control,
even if it proves that my vet is doing every quite right, its much better to under stand where one is going.
 
I forgot to mention that Tabbs had   pneumonia over Xmas, but has recovered quite well.
 
regarding his mouth the vets have only looked gently inside his mouth without him being under anaesthetic, we can see a small lump which the vet says is a tumour, what with his teeth and the lump which he keeps catching when he tries to eat, it is most up setting. I am going down to my vets with the information you have given me regarding epogen, and also to see if we can treat the mouth tumour. I think they may take another blood test to check the kidneys ect, and depending on the results we many be able to treat the mouth.
