I would assume it can be used with negatives, since it was not developed specifically for positives, to my knowledge. However, that doesn't mean it is necessarily a good thing to use in that cat's case. That I would not know. But worth asking the vet to look into it.

dumb question, probably, but can this be used in non-positive cats as
well with high wbc/lymphocytes? i have a friend in california with a
kitty they can't figure out what is happening with, tho all the normal
blood values other than lympho- and leuko-cytes which remain high.
