Don't blame the latter, the problem doesn't exist if I remux with the
tools alre
(I'm fighting with Thunderbird that has really a problem with editting
plain-text messages. ^^)

In this case, if I specify
-map 0:0 -map 0:1 -map 0:4
the stream order in the .mpg file is still as shown above. So, is there
a way to make the video track always be stream #0?
