Not ffmpeg but you mentioned mediainfo, so:
mediainfo --parsespeed=1 --output='Vi

I may misunderstand but you could copy the video stream into a rawvideo file,
look at its size

Now when I drag the video onto such tools like MediaInfo they show only the
average video bitrate
of the first 5 or 20 seconds or so.
