It's an excellent scanner. The images are some of the best I've seen
from any scanner and the scanner seems basically like an LS-30
I just released VueScan 7.0 for Windows, Mac OS and Linux.

The main thing I changed since beta 2 is the zooming
now stays centered on the image. In the next few
weeks I hope to add support for Firewire scanners
(UMAX, Epson and Nikon
