I'd like to see the width of the input boxes fixed for a maximum, so they do not
extend halfway across the screen in higher resolutions.
Second I would like all the controls to go straight down if there is room, I think you
moved some to the right column because you don't use them much?

Is this new Beta Vuescan fully working or does it still have the
crosshatching even for those with registered earlier versions ??
