Make sure you have the correct ASPI driver installed for your SCSI controller. This has happened to one gentleman on this list I think. Once he had the ASPI driver installed he scanner works. If you have Adaptec controller you may down load it free from Adaptec. Quoton SD M wrote: > > I had ME

Hi Sam, What exactly are you getting for an error message when starting you scanning software? If you have ViewScan installed, is it seeing the scanner? The problem I had concerned a Polaroid SprintScan not being recognized by Win2K, with a specific set of error messages. Post your error mess
