I don't know about the second problem, but the first is known, and is easily worked around. If you switch applications and back to Finale, the window draws correctly, and you can access the widgets. I find myself clicking elsewhere on the desktop and back on the Finale window, or if there is no

I'm doing a piece in 6/8 which is full of dotted quarters and uses two voices throughout (which I'm doing as layers, not "voices"). Where the two voices are a second apart and the lower notehead is on a line, of course I want the dot to be adjusted downward on the lower voice. Therefore, I've che
