Can someone direct me here. I can open any given file in FinMac 2k2 or
earlier, and MIDI works perfectly using the Finale MIDI driver. I just
need to input notes via my MIDI KB. When I open the file in 2k3, no MIDI
drivers whatsoever. Everything in the MIDI Setup dialog box is grayed
out.
I just read an interesting article in 10/28/02 E-Week (formerly PC Week),
that said:
Longhorn (the next Windows OS beyond XP) would be borrowing features from
OS X.
Panther (the next Mac OS beyond OS X) would be borrowing features from XP.

Hello All,
I am having a some difficulties with QuicKeys and MacFin2003. It appears
that 4 dialog boxes and their subsets no longer allow QuicKeys to recognize

Is it possible to place repeating marks to the

So that where one has to repeat, there others go on
and vice versa. I'm using finale 2000.
Thanks!

A great deal of my work involves transcribing works with many

Too often, the correct accidental is MISSING from the notation while
FINALE plays the correct one, regardless. All hell breaks out when
In two or three steps: Mark your entire document with massmover. Then
run TGTools music accidentals to unfreeze all accidentals. At last
you can run massedit utilities check accidentals.

Ah, the ritual mating dance begins to move towards a climax as the two

The problem is, as I see it, that if Steve Jobs and Bill Gates ever get

You can create them as expresions and then enter them wherever you need
them, but they won't play-back.
You can't use the real repeat signs (from the repeat tool) for what you
are trying to do.

I have an extended passage in 3/2 which I would like to change to 3/4 by
halving all note values. So I do Mass Mover | Change | Note Durations to
50%, and then I change the time signature.
The only problem is measure-attached smart shapes, like hairpins. I'm
