I can't really comment on that because a) I never saw the actual flyer, b) You guys already knew about the flyer--so in my mind that's old news ;-) and c)I tend to err on the side of caution when talking about dates, the rigamaroll of getting stuff approved and on the web can sometimes get jumbled.

I wouldn't know about a new website look, but I do know it's entirely unnecssary for a site to be down while a new one is prepared.
