I've 'lost' Global Staff Attributes. Can't see where to find it. Perhaps
I haven't used it in Finale 2003.
Have my score with repeat brackets only on top part but I need to set
to all parts before extracting parts. I know

I am running a 2.4mhz machine with 512mb or ram. Windows XP.
I generally have MSN, Netscape email and around 15 Explorer windows open
along with maybe Word and Finale. Explorer boots up OK but within
minutes starts to use about 97 CPU which obviously m

FinWin2003.
I have a brass band score without percussion staves. I would now like to
add the following:
Timpani
Drum Kit
Aux Perc.
I have used 'New Staves with Set up Wizard' to do the necessary but I am
at a loss as to how get appropriate percussion sounds rather than exact
pitches.

I managed to use Massedit to copy articulations only from one line to
another.trouble is I can't remember how I did it. On
trying again using MassEdit - Copy Entry Items - and selecting
Articulations only, when I paste I get the pitches as well as the
articulations. How

Broadband I can't seem to transfer files on MSN. Can anybody help me? Please reply

With the usual apologies for OT.have a question regarding
description of time signature. We all know 2/4 is simple duple, 6/8 is
compound duple etc..can anybody describe 3/8 please?

One of my colleagues uses Sibelius (despite my numerous attempts to
convert him). He is having trouble opening my FinWin2003 files in
Sibelius though. Any ideas?

How do you set varying tempi markings using the Playback Settings
(speaker icon). Lets say the requirements are as follows:
Bar 1 to 8 crotchet = 72 swing
Bar 9 to 16 minim = 60 straight
Choosing this in playback Settings sets for the whole piece and doesn't
allow change. I know I must be missin

How do you type a number into the bar number box when using playback? I
can use Fast Forward and Rewind, but it won't let me actually type a bar
number in there.
