[Finale] Global staff attributes

FinWin2003 I've 'lost' Global Staff Attributes. Can't see where to find it. Perhaps I haven't used it in Finale 2003. Have my score with repeat brackets only on top part but I need to set to all parts before extracting parts. I know I can check the box using the Staff Tool but there used to be

Dear All, FinWin2003. I have a brass band score without percussion staves. I would now like to add the following: Timpani Drum Kit Aux Perc. I have used 'New Staves with Set up Wizard' to do the necessary but I am at a loss as to how get appropriate percussion sounds rather than exact pitches.
