I've tested Netscape 7.0 (Windows version) for a couple of days, and I
must say that this seems like the first web browser ever that I could
recommend to others.
It's _much_ faster than Netscape 6.x (in all kinds of areas, not just the
surfing stuff).

You could also check out www.mozilla.org for Mozilla, which Netscape 7
is based on. Mozilla usually has more of the cutting edge features than
Netscape 7. My favorite is the ability to disallow windows being open
via javascript (can you say good by pop ups.I knew you could).
