No, they're midi.. I don't know of any Finale files, so went to the
next logical (in my mind) format they would be available in... should've
said so, I guess...

No, I don't, but I would imagine trying to get anything resembling
accurate playback for a finale file of Pierrot Lunaire would send us all
to the loony bin! :-)
At least with his piano pieces there isn't that incredibly nuanced
sprechgesang of Pierrot Lunaire!
