If you don't have a lightweight optical mouse, I highly recommend
getting one. They are much easier on the hand and wrist than a
conventional mouse. I have the Logitech optical mouse w/scroll wheel,
and a Kensington mousepad with gel wrist suppor
I used to have a lot of pain in my right elbow (almost during 2 years). I
changed my optical mouse for another optical mouse, but this time very
small, the kind used with notebooks computers. All pain has gone now! And
the little rat is very cute...
