Dear lister, I discovered that all the messages with the word "book" were been buried in a folder somewhere in my Entourage program.

They are somehow old, but I donīt expect that to happen soon! (knock wood, toco madera). Meanwhile Editions 75 offer all his music at (I think) rather low prices.
