Values are interpreted as 0 to 127 by Finale. 0 has the same effect as
entering -32767 and 127 has the same effect as entering 32767. Try it.

I suppose that a program could support 16-bit resolution on any
controller, but I have never before heard of anyone implementing it for
pan data. Very interesting.

You don't _have to_ use an expression. I tend to use the MIDI tool for
this sort of thing. But if controller 10 (pan) can be set with that
kind of resolution, then I am really missing something. I am pretty
