Take a look in any utility that remaps keys or runs macros. For instance
TGTools.

A few weeks back I tried Finale 2004k demo for Windows.
Now I have the full program.
When I run the program and press the 1 key on the keyboard, the screen
immediately goes into scroll mode. It doesn't do this when I press the
numeric 1 key.
