Hi,
I'm using Win2003 and suddenly Finale refused to open. This is the message I got:
Error starting program:
The MSVCP60.DLL file is linked to missing export
MSVCRT.DLL:_lc_collate_cp.
Dennis,
Thanks for looking it up; it seems like there are more and more reasons to upgrade to XP.

Hope someone can help...
Suddenly, Finale (Win '03) won't start. I even re-installed the program,
but get the same error box:
Error starting program:
The MSVCP60.DLL file is linked to missing export
MSVCRT.DLL:_lc_collate_cp.
Is anyone familiar with this?
Thanks

Dennis,
It sounds like either your original file or your backup is marked read-only.

Does anybody get an 'error saving backup' message? Here's one example:
Error 3 backing up file F:\_DENNIS MUSIC
PROJECTS\2_PIANO\Tirkiinistra\Scores\tk23.MUS
The system cannot find the path specified.
