[Finale] Text in only one part, and not in score

Ah sorry for not being fully clear. No, not text as in lyrics. Take the following example: you have a part where the page turn needs some special attention. This little instruction should of course not show up in other parts, and may also be a bit annoying to see in the score (even if I guess a

It is common in lead sheets to parenthesize optional or less important chord changes. It is especially common to do this in the last bar of the chorus to denote the turnaround chords if playing multiple choruses. I can't find any obvious way to put parentheses around those chords. Any
