Engraver Font
Petrucci (Legacy)
Seville (Legacy)
Tamburo (Legacy)
So it seems that Toccatta or Fughetta are not included. But they seem
to be out on the web.

to hide rests, but I have forgotten it.

works in simple entry, so you may have to switch to speedy to hide the
rests.

unfortunately not.
And Fenton's correct...this just means there's a spot for it in the
spec...I was a member of the Unicode Consortium for awhile. If you
have $150 you don't need and want to hear arguments about characters

copyright notice just mean they provided him

Actually, Blake Hodgetts' website says they are SHAREWARE not
FREEWARE.
