You have to make sure that you make these changes in your default document. If you are using the Setup Wizard in Finale 2010, make sure that the document with the chord suffix changes is in the Document Styles folder, and that you choose it whenever you run the Setup Wizard. Christopher O

Take a document that has chord suffixes you have created - ones that suit your needs, go to the File menu - Save Library - Chords. Save the library with a name you will recognize and then load that library into new documents that need those chords. They will all be there, just as you crea

[Finale] How to make chord suffix permanent?

Is there a way to set up the chord library so that ALL the chords I put in are remembered for the next song? Every time I have to start a new song, the suffixes are started over again. Also, the size of the chord characters doesn't get remembered either. Those are set in the documents menu. Ho
