Actually, iKey has built-in incremental scrolling functions (for all directions) that do it. Under the "Windows" commands menu. Works great. No need to use the scroll wheel. I thought I had checked iKey before posting, but your suggestion prompted me look again. These also work in the key sig dlg.

So Apple capriciously removed the scroll arrows in Lion and provided no way to restore them. This has horrendous consequences for Finale. What solutions do you guys use? I am mainly concerned about how to reliably scroll 1 measure back and forth in Scroll View. _
