create a beam off a single 32nd-note to indicate the first note of an upward

I'm away from the computer now, but I recall I've done this in the following
manner:
Enter 1st 32nd note. Enter 6 32nd rests, hide them, enter a final 32nd note
higher than the first-something that'll give you your desired beam angle.
Make sure extend secondary beams over rests is selected in Do
