Finale 2002 was before linked parts. You have to create the parts (you can do this automatically) in Document Menu>Manage Parts… Generate Parts. Then you should format them, because the default job Finale does kind of sucks. Some people still extract parts into their own files, but this is only

Use the Transpose function (right click after selecting All with the Selection Tool) and choose transpose down a M2. This is assuming you have the Chromatic transposition on the trumpet staff correctly set. Check accidentals afterward. I don’t quite trust the Chromatic Transposition function y
