Hmm. There are a couple of other unique aspects to what I was doing that I never tried before. One was that I was using oversize sheets. Each page is 10x13, so the combined sheet for 2-Up is 20x13. Also, I was trying to create PDFs, which was an option that did not exist the last time I tried to
