FinMac2k3a: Vertical placement no problem, only horizontal, but the
expression appears again after a certain distance, and disappears, and
appears, and disappears and...
I can't change the units in the assignment box, they always jump back
to 'beats'...

Finale does not get along with large measures. Rebarring to 8/1 solved the
problem

Good thought, no luck. I re-adjusted maximum measure width to 10 inches,
but the expressions still disappear. See below...
