Yup, this is how I fix it in 2006 also. Sometimes vertical scrolling
gets turned off, too, and this also fixes it.

4 and it's gone. I hit the go to end icon and it just locks at page
3. The only fix is to add a measure [at end] then delete it and the
end pages reappear. Any solutions?
